L’Eau de Vie Organic Brasserie will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch along with coffee, juices and smoothies, and chef-inspired cocktails. Meaning “Water of Life,” L’Eau de Vie’s French-inspired, plant-based menu changes with the season and uses the best local produce from the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Located in Baltimore’s waterfront Fells Point at 803 S. Caroline St., L’Eau de Vie hopes to become a new neighborhood hangout for locals as well as a destination eatery for folks visiting the city. With a flat-rate parking garage next door, our brasserie is a convenient first stop for a night out in Baltimore.
