Recap: Natural Products Expo

Last week I attended the Natural Products Expo in Anaheim, CA with the Better Bean Company. It was an incredible experience! I spent quality time making PDX Tacos with the Better Bean team and gained a deeper understanding of the product by working at the booth each day with the company’s owners, Keith and Hannah Kullberg.

During my free time I was able to visit the booths of some of my favorite companies like Treeline Cheese, Chicago Vegan Foods, and Field Roast.
