On August 20th, Nourrie Cuisine packed up the kitchen and moved it to a temporary site at Baltimore City Community College for Vegan SoulFest. During this huge festival celebrating arts, culture, and vegan living in Baltimore, our team served up meals and treats for the thousands of attendees. Here’s the menu and some photos to give you a glimpse of the fun we had at SoulFest!
Tofu-Egg Salad Sandwich
We also handed out samples of our Tofu-Egg Salad so folks would have a chance to see how tasty tofu can be!
Our top seller was the Nachos: fresh-made chips, seitan-chorizo, black beans, corn, and tomato covered with nacho cashew-cheese sauce!
